Today at 13:30 GMT +1, new economic data about the current number of people who’ve applied for unemployment benefits in the USA will be published. A slight increase from 265,000 to 268,000 new claims is expected. In the long-term, this figure is almost the lowest it has been in the last nine years. The American economy is booming again, and new jobs are being created every month. This means that fewer Americans are having to claim unemployment benefits.
